Account Setup & Onboarding Checklist

Written by the Wyra team · Last updated March 2026

Getting started with Wyra takes minutes — not days. Provide two inputs at signup, and Wyra immediately begins researching your company, your market, and your ecosystem to build a living intelligence profile that gets sharper over time.

What you provide at signup

Two inputs. Wyra handles the rest.

During signup you provide your company domain and your company LinkedIn URL. From those two starting points, Wyra goes to work.

Input 1

Company domain

Your website. Wyra reads your public content, blog, positioning, and solution areas.

Input 2

Company LinkedIn URL

Your LinkedIn company page. Wyra extracts specialties, employee data, recent posts, and industry signals.

Wyra takes over

Deep research begins

Wyra researches far beyond what you provided — automatically and continuously.

What Wyra researches

Your domain and LinkedIn are the starting point, not the limit.

Wyra researches broadly and continuously

Beyond your website and LinkedIn page, Wyra scans news articles, public internet mentions, industry publications, and partner portal listings across SaaS and OEM ecosystems — AWS, Azure, GCP, and others — to build a comprehensive picture of who you are, what you're known for, and where the market is heading. It reads your blog, picks up analyst mentions, tracks ecosystem signals, and listens for market trends relevant to the industries and solutions you specialize in.

Living intelligence

Wyra doesn't snapshot your company once and move on. It continuously monitors market trends, ecosystem signals, and new public information — generating fresh outreach ideas as the market evolves, without you having to do anything. The more your company publishes and the more signals emerge in your space, the sharper Wyra's intelligence gets.

What gets built automatically

By the time you log in, most of this is already populated.

Company snapshot

Value proposition, specialties, employee count, and headquarters — pulled and synthesized from your public profile.

Outreach ideas

Campaign angles generated from your strengths, the industries you serve, and live ecosystem signals. Updated continuously as new signals emerge.

Focus areas

Solution areas, industry focus, and technology stack — broken down by evidence strength and confidence level.

Customer testimonials

Extracted automatically where publicly available. You can add any that aren't picked up directly from the Intelligence tab.

What to verify

A five-minute check before you build your first campaign.

Wyra is thorough but benefits from your eyes on it. A quick review ensures your outreach ideas and offerings are grounded in the right context from the start.

1

Company snapshot reflects your positioning accurately

Go to Company → Intelligence. Check the value proposition and specialties. If the framing is off, uploading a case study or proposal will help Wyra recalibrate.

2

Outreach ideas have loaded and feel relevant

You should see ideas in the Outreach Ideas section. If they feel off-target, the focus areas may need sharpening — upload an artifact and Wyra will recalibrate.

3

Focus areas reflect your actual strengths

Review Solution Areas, Industry Focus, and Technology Stack. These directly shape what outreach ideas get generated. Missing a key solution area? Upload a relevant case study and Wyra will pick it up.

Three things that make Wyra sharper

None required. All valuable.

Recommended

Upload artifacts

Case studies, proposals, and customer decks give Wyra real evidence — specific proof points, client names, metrics — that it can't find on the public internet.

Required to run campaigns

Set up your AI SDR

Subscribe, select your plan, and configure your AI SDR. That's all it takes to be campaign-ready. Your AI SDR executes outreach on your behalf.

Sales, marketing, and pre-sales teammates can each have their own AI SDR and full platform access. Invite them from Settings → Team.

The 14-day warmup period

Once you subscribe, your account enters a 14-day warmup period. This builds your sending reputation so your emails reach inboxes, not spam folders. You can build offerings and configure campaigns during warmup — outreach begins sending at full volume once warmup completes. Plan your first live campaign for two weeks after subscribing.
