Uploading Artifacts (Case Studies, Proposals, Decks)

Written by the Wyra team · Last updated March 2026

Uploading artifacts is the fastest way to make Wyra's intelligence specific to your business. Case studies, proposals, and decks contain proof that no public source can provide — real customer outcomes, named results, and the kind of evidence that makes outreach land.

Why artifacts matter

Wyra researches your company from public sources. Artifacts give it what's not public.

Your website tells Wyra what you do. A case study tells it what you've actually delivered — the client, the problem, the outcome, the metric. That difference is significant. Outreach ideas built from artifacts are grounded in real wins, which makes them sharper, more credible, and easier to turn into campaigns that get replies.

What to upload

The more specific the document, the better the intelligence it generates.

Case studies

Your richest source of intelligence. Real clients, real problems, real outcomes with metrics.

Best for: customer testimonials, proof points, industry-specific ideas

Proposals and SOWs

Show what you've scoped for similar companies — pain points addressed, solutions offered, value delivered.

Best for: pain points, solution descriptions, business outcomes

Customer decks and presentations

Often contain competitive positioning, key statistics, and differentiators in a concentrated form.

Best for: differentiators, proof points, campaign angles

Whitepapers and thought leadership

Industry expertise and insight that signals credibility and positions your company as a specialist.

Best for: industry-specific ideas, pain point articulation

Supported file types:

PDFWord (.doc, .docx)PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx)

Two ways to use artifacts

Standalone upload or during offering creation — each works differently.

1
Uploading via Company → Artifacts

Go to Company → Artifacts and click Upload Artifacts. Drag and drop or browse to select your file. Wyra begins processing immediately in the background.

What Wyra extracts:

Customer testimonials

Direct quotes from clients — pulled automatically and added to your Intelligence tab.

Pain points

Problems your clients faced — used to sharpen offerings and outreach ideas.

Proof points + metrics

Specific outcomes and results — the numbers that make outreach credible.

Customer + industry data

Who the case study is about and which industry — used to target similar prospects.

Solutions delivered

What your company actually did — feeds into offering solution descriptions.

Business outcomes

The value created — revenue impact, efficiency gains, risk reduction.

What happens after upload:

New outreach ideas appear automatically on the Intelligence tab and the full Ideas page — tagged with an Artifact badge

Timing varies by document size — from a few minutes for short documents to longer for dense multi-page files

Extracted customer testimonials appear in the Customer Testimonials section of the Intelligence tab

You can edit or supplement any testimonial that was auto-extracted

Extracted data becomes available to enrich offerings — pain points, solutions, outcomes, objections, social proof

You'll see the artifact available for selection when creating or editing an offering

Nothing to trigger

You don't need to do anything after uploading. Wyra processes the file in the background and the extracted data flows into the right places automatically.

2
Uploading during offering creation

When building an offering — whether from scratch, from an idea, or from a blog link — you can attach up to three artifacts directly within the offering creation flow. Instead of generating new outreach ideas, the artifact's content is used to improve the specific offering being built.

The agent reads the artifact and suggests improvements to each section of the offering — new pain points, stronger solutions, sharper outcomes, additional objection responses, and social proof.

You decide what to do with each suggestion: merge it alongside existing content, replace the existing content, edit it before applying, or reject it entirely.

Nothing applies automatically — every change requires your approval. The artifact informs; you decide.

How to get the most from this

Attach artifacts that are relevant to the offering's target industry or solution area. A healthcare case study attached to a healthcare offering will generate far more targeted suggestions than a generic whitepaper.

Managing your artifacts

A few things worth knowing.

Previewing and downloading

Click any artifact in your library to preview it in the right panel. Use the download icon on the artifact card to retrieve the original file.

Deleting an artifact

Artifacts linked to an offering cannot be deleted — the trash icon is disabled with a tooltip explaining why. Remove the artifact from the offering first, then delete it from the library.

Avoid uploading duplicates

Each artifact is processed independently. Uploading the same document twice doesn't improve the intelligence — it creates duplicate ideas and clutters your library. If you've updated a document, delete the old version before uploading the new one.
