Your first campaign in 15 minutes — from choosing your pitch to a live campaign executing across email, LinkedIn, and calling. Your strategy, Wyra's execution.
Before you begin
Two things to have in place.
You need an active Wyra subscription and at least one AI SDR configured under Company → AI SDR. The AI SDR is the identity that executes outreach on your behalf — it needs to be set up with a connected profile before a campaign can go live. If either isn't done yet, start there and come back.

When you subscribe for the first time, your account goes through a 14-day warmup period. This is not a delay — it's a deliberate process that builds your sending reputation and ensures your emails reach inboxes, not spam folders. You can build and configure campaigns during warmup, but outreach begins sending at full volume once warmup completes. Plan your launch timeline accordingly.
Two paths into a campaign
Where your contacts come from shapes the flow.
Every campaign starts with one choice: finding prospects through Wyra's intelligence, or bringing your own. Both paths lead to the same outcome — personalized, multi-channel outreach running on your behalf. The difference is where contacts originate and how much happens inside the wizard.
Wyra's Intelligence
Wyra finds your prospects
Describe who you want to reach. Wyra searches its database and shows matching prospects based on your filters. Outreach scoring runs post-launch — final selection is determined then. You go through all five wizard steps.
Use a list
Bring your own contacts
Upload a CSV or select an existing list. Offering context was set when the list was created. The Persona step is skipped — your contacts are already defined.
The campaign wizard
Five steps. Your call at each one.
Choose the offering that anchors this campaign — the pitch, the pain points, the proof. Four ways to do this, all available inside the wizard:
Pick an existing offering— if you've already built and finalized one, select it and move on.
Pick from a Wyra-generated idea — ideas built from your company intelligence and market signals are available directly here. Click one and you'll go through a quick offering creation flow, pre-populated with pain points, solutions, and outcomes. Finalize and you're back in the wizard.
Create from scratch — chat with a domain-specific agent (e.g. Gil for AWS) to build an offering from the ground up, guided by your company intelligence and market context.
Create from a blog link — paste a URL and the agent extracts the value proposition, pain points, and outcomes automatically.
One rule
An offering must reach 65% confidence before it can be finalized. Offerings built from a Wyra-generated idea always arrive at 65%+ — finalize immediately. Offerings created from scratch require a conversation with the agent to build to that threshold.
This step only applies when using Wyra's Intelligence. Define who you want to reach — job titles, industries, locations, company size. As you refine your filters, Wyra shows a sample of matching prospects from its database.
Note
The profiles shown here match your filter criteria — title, industry, location, company size — but have not yet been outreach-scored. Scoring is deeper research that runs as post-processing once the campaign launches. The sample gives you a directional sense of who you're targeting; the final scored shortlist is determined after launch.
Tip
Power feature — Keywords: Keywords search what prospects have actually written in their profiles — not just title or employer. Type Heroku to find engineers actively working with Heroku. Type AWS Lambda to find practitioners already in your ecosystem. One well-chosen keyword can sharpen your list more than any combination of title and industry filters alone.
The campaign angle — the specific reason you're reaching out right now. Not just what you sell, but what you're offering to do: a complimentary assessment, a proof of concept, a workshop, a risk audit. Specificity is what makes a message feel timely rather than generic.
Wyra suggests an angle based on your offering and persona. It's often ready to use as-is.
Edit directly to sharpen the angle or adjust the CTA.
Ask Wyra to surface alternative angles if the suggestion doesn't fit.
Tip
What separates good from great: "Complimentary LOTO Compliance Risk Assessment benchmarked against OSHA's top-10 violations" gets replies. "Free consultation" gets ignored. The more concrete the offer, the easier it is for a prospect to say yes.
Wyra generates personalized email and LinkedIn messages built from your offering, persona, and Why Now. Review and tune until they sound like you.
Preview messages for individual prospects — role, company, and context are woven in automatically.
The messaging framework controls structure: opening hook, value statement, and call to action. Click Suggest to select lead-level or offering-level data points — Wyra regenerates the framework centered around those specific insights.
AI descriptors let you insert structured variables drawn directly from your offering's data — proof points, solution names, outcome metrics — so the message stays grounded in your actual value proposition.
Adjust tone, length, and language. Wyra supports 12 languages including English (US, UK, AU, NZ), Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Vietnamese, and Thai — your outreach is global from day one.
Behind the scenes
Wyra runs spam checks and deliverability validation automatically as you build. Anything that could harm deliverability is caught and avoided before it ever reaches a prospect.
Everything you've configured is summarized here — offering, persona, Why Now, and messages. Any section can be edited inline without losing your other settings.
All available AI SDRs are selected by default. Keep all of them — more AI SDRs means broader reach and faster execution. Uncheck any you specifically want to exclude.
When everything looks right, launch. Your campaign goes live immediately across email, LinkedIn, and calling.
After you launch
What to expect and when to look.
If your account is past the 14-day warmup window, outreach begins immediately. If you're still in warmup, your campaign is queued and starts sending automatically once warmup completes — no action needed.
First 24–48 hrs
Confirm it's running
Check Outreach → Campaigns. Your campaign should be Active with early metrics starting to populate.
Day 3–5
Watch for first replies
Go to Interactions, filter by Replied. These are your warmest leads. Follow up personally — quickly.
Week 1
Read your reply signals
Dashboard → Reply Intelligence shows sentiment. High Interested means messaging is landing. High Not Interested means revisit the Why Now or tighten the persona.
Week 2+
Iterate
Launch a second campaign with a tighter persona or a different angle. Each one teaches you something. They compound.
