It's where you review what's happening, step into conversations, call the right people, and push qualified prospects to your CRM.

What Wyra handles automatically

Every prospect response is classified by sentiment — Wyra determines the intent behind each reply and responds accordingly.

Wyra auto-replies to all responses by default — interested replies, questions, objections, Out of Office, and everything in between. Sentiment classification drives the right reply for each response type.

When an Out of Office reply contains a referral contact, Wyra extracts that person and adds them to the same campaign automatically — turning an OOO into a new prospect without any manual work.

When you want to take over a conversation personally, Reply by is always available — with an AI-suggested reply built from the full conversation context ready to review, edit, and send.

Outreach Score

A score from 0–100 estimating this prospect's likelihood of engaging positively. Higher scores — prioritize these leads.

Status

Current engagement state — Contacted, Replied, Interested, Not Interested, Out of Office, and others.

Agent

Which AI SDR is running outreach for this prospect — useful when multiple team members are on the same campaign.

CRM Push

Push this prospect to HubSpot directly from the table with a single click when HubSpot is connected.

Contacted

Outreach sent, no reply yet. Your AI SDR is still working this lead.

Replied

The prospect responded. Wyra has auto-replied. Check the conversation if you want to step in personally.

Interested

Wyra classified the reply as positive intent and has responded. Consider stepping in personally to move toward a meeting.

Not Interested

The prospect declined. Wyra handles this gracefully — no further outreach is sent.

Out of Office

Wyra auto-replied and extracted any referral contact from the OOO message. No action needed.

Planned

Queued for outreach but not yet contacted. Wyra will reach out when the sequence triggers.

Clicking a prospect opens a two-panel view. The left panel shows all engaged prospects with filters — All, Replied, Interested, Saved. The right panel shows the selected prospect's full detail across two tabs.

Conversation

The full chronological thread — every email sent, every reply received, every LinkedIn message, and any call records. Tagged by channel and message type. Reply by composer at the bottom for when you want to step in.

Insights

Deep research on the prospect — summary, background, discovery questions, talking points, Why Now, company intel, and a suggested outreach opener. Your call prep, done automatically.

Replying to a prospect

Wyra replies automatically. You step in whenever you choose.

How replies work

Default

Wyra auto-replies to every response

Sentiment classification drives the right reply for each response type — an interested reply gets a different response than an OOO, an objection, or a question. Every response is handled without any action from you.

Override

Reply by — when you want to take over

Open any lead’s conversation and click Reply by. Wyra surfaces an AI-suggested reply written from the full context of the conversation thread. Review it, edit if needed, and send — or write your own from scratch.

Coming soon

Lead-level auto-reply control — a toggle that lets you pause auto-replies for specific conversations, giving you full manual control when a prospect needs a more personal touch.

When to step in personally

Filter by Interested every morning. These are the leads Wyra has already engaged positively — they're warm and moving. A personal reply from you at this point, rather than another automated message, is what converts interest into a booked meeting. Speed matters — reply the same day.
