Creating a List

Creating a list in Wyra takes two steps — upload your LinkedIn profile URLs and configure enrichment. Once submitted, Wyra enriches every lead automatically in the background.

Before you start

What you need ready.

A CSV file of LinkedIn profile URLs — one URL per row. Have at least one finalized offering available to attach during Step 2.

Download the sample CSV first

Inside the Create List wizard, click Download sample to get a correctly formatted template. The column header must be linkedin_url.


Step 1 — Upload and map

Your CSV. Wyra validates every row.

Go to Lists → + Create List

The LinkedIn URLs tab is selected by default. Domains upload is coming soon.

Upload your CSV

Drag and drop or click to browse. Your file should follow this format:

URL format matters

URLs must be personal LinkedIn profile URLs in the format linkedin.com/in/username. Company page URLs and malformed links will be flagged as invalid.

Review column mapping

Wyra auto-detects your column and maps it to Person LinkedIn URL. Green checkmark confirms the mapping. Use the dropdown if your column header differs.

Check the Data Preview

Every row is validated. The Data Preview shows each URL with a status indicator.

Invalid

Will be excluded

Malformed URL, company page, or empty row.

Note

Invalid rows don’t block you. You can proceed with a mix — only valid rows are enriched. The valid count is what you’re paying for.

When you're satisfied with the valid row count, click Next.


Step 2 — Configure and create

Name your list, select an offering, choose enrichment options.

Title

Give your list a descriptive name. Pre-filled with your CSV filename — edit to something meaningful. "AWS Partners — US East" beats "Personal_lists_v3".

Select offering

Choose the offering that matches this list's audience. Wyra tailors pain points, fit assessments, and outreach strategies to each lead. Carries through to campaigns.

Phone enrichment

Toggle on to attempt phone number discovery. Credits charged only when a number is successfully found. Availability varies by role and region.

Credits

The credit cost is shown before you confirm. Standard enrichment and phone enrichment consume credits separately. Your balance is visible.

Click Create List. Wyra queues leads and begins processing immediately.

Email deliverability determines campaign reach

When you use a list in a campaign, only leads with a verified, deliverable email address receive email outreach. Leads without verified email are excluded from email sequences automatically — this protects your sending reputation.

Click the list to open enriched leads. Review profiles, check strategies, call directly, or use in a campaign.

In a campaign

Select as contact source

Choose "Use a list" when creating a campaign. The wizard skips to Why Now and Messaging — offering context is already set.
