Setting up your AI SDR takes less than 10 minutes. Four steps — subscribe, create your profile, connect LinkedIn, add your calendar. When all four are done, you're ready to run campaigns.
The setup sequence
Order matters. Start with the subscription.
Subscribe and select your plan
Go to Settings → Billing and choose the plan that fits your team size. Your subscription determines how many AI SDRs your organization can activate. This step must come first.
Create your AI SDR profile
Go to Company → AI SDR and click Add AI SDR. Enter your LinkedIn profile URL — Wyra pulls your name, title, photo, and location automatically. Review and adjust. Then set up your email signature.

Your full name and professional title as they'll appear in outreach.

Set during AI SDR setup
Connect your LinkedIn account
Click the LinkedIn icon on your AI SDR card and follow the connection steps. Once connected, your AI SDR can send connection requests and LinkedIn messages directly from your profile. Required for LinkedIn outreach — without it, only email campaigns will run.

Click the calendar icon on your AI SDR card and paste your scheduling link — Calendly, HubSpot, or any booking tool. When a prospect is ready to meet, your AI SDR directs them here.
Ready to engage
Once all four steps are complete, your AI SDR card shows "Ready to engage!"with a green pulsing indicator. That's your confirmation — the AI SDR is fully operational and can be assigned to campaigns.
The 14-day warmup
Your AI SDR starts building reputation immediately — at reduced volume.
Once activated, your AI SDR enters a 14-day warmup period. Wyra sends at reduced volume initially, gradually increasing as your sending reputation builds. This protects your deliverability and ensures messages reach inboxes rather than spam folders.
Plan your first campaign around this
If you're setting up a new AI SDR today, expect warmup to run for 14 days before full volume. You can launch campaigns during warmup — they'll execute at the warmup pace. Don't interpret low initial send volumes as a problem.
Inviting a team member
Each person on your team can have their own AI SDR.
To add a colleague, click Add AI SDR and enter their email address. Wyra sends them an invitation — they have 7 days to accept. Once they accept, their profile loads and they go through the same setup steps. Their AI SDR operates completely independently from yours.
Who to invite first
Start with your most active sales and pre-sales team members. Every AI SDR you activate compounds your campaign reach. A team of three AI SDRs running the same campaign triples the daily outreach volume without tripling the manual effort.
