Every team member you activate as an AI SDR multiplies your outreach capacity. Inviting them takes less than a minute — they handle their own setup from there.
Who can invite
Admins and owners only.
Only account admins and owners can send AI SDR invitations. If you don't see the option, check your role under Settings → Team or ask your account owner to send the invite.
How to invite
Two minutes from your end. They do the rest.
Go to Company → AI SDR
Click Add AI SDR and enter your colleague's work email address instead of your own. Wyra recognises it's not your email and switches to invite mode.
Send the invitation
Click Invite Team Member. Wyra sends them an email invitation with a link to accept and set up their AI SDR profile. The invitation is valid for 7 days.
They set up independently
Once they accept, they go through their own AI SDR setup — profile, LinkedIn connection, calendar link. Their AI SDR operates completely independently with its own sending identity and warmup period.
Assign them to campaigns
Once their AI SDR shows "Ready to engage!" they can be assigned to campaigns in the Review & Launch step. All available AI SDRs are selected by default.

Sent, not yet accepted
The invitation email has been sent. Waiting for the team member to accept. Valid for 7 days.
7 days passed, not accepted
The invitation link is no longer valid. Resend from Settings → Team to generate a fresh invitation.
Accepted and set up
The team member has accepted, completed setup, and their AI SDR is operational or in warmup.
Invitation expired?
Go to Settings → Team, find the team member, and click Resend Invite. A new invitation is sent and the 7-day timer resets. Ask your colleague to check their spam folder if they didn't receive the original.
Why it matters
Each AI SDR compounds your outreach capacity.
A single AI SDR runs outreach on one person's behalf. Two AI SDRs assigned to the same campaign doubles the daily outreach volume — same campaign, same messaging, twice the reach. Three triples it. Every team member you activate is a force multiplier for every campaign you run.
Who to invite first
Start with your most active sales and pre-sales team members. Their warmup period starts the moment they accept the invitation. Invite them now so they're at full capacity when your next campaign launches.
