Company Intelligence — Overview

Written by the Wyra team · Last updated March 2026

The Intelligence tab is Wyra's research engine made visible — a continuously updated view of your company, your market position, and the outreach opportunities that emerge from both. It's where every campaign idea originates.

Living intelligence

Wyra doesn't snapshot your company once. It researches continuously.

Most tools ask you to fill in a profile. Wyra builds one for you — and keeps building it. From your first login, Wyra is continuously monitoring your company's public presence, the industries you operate in, the ecosystems you participate in, and the market signals relevant to what you sell. The Intelligence tab is the output of that research, updating in real time as new information emerges.

What living intelligence means in practice

New outreach ideas appear without you asking for them. Your focus areas sharpen as Wyra finds more evidence. Market shifts in your ecosystem — a new OEM program announcement, an industry regulation change, a competitor move — generate fresh angles for your campaigns automatically. You don't schedule this. It just happens.

The research draws from a wide range of sources — your website, blog, LinkedIn page, news articles, public internet mentions, industry publications, and partner portal listings across SaaS and OEM ecosystems. It also learns from everything you add: artifacts you upload, feedback you give on ideas, and testimonials you contribute manually.

What's on the Intelligence tab

Six sections. Each one serves a different purpose.

Company snapshot

Your value proposition, specialties, employee count, and headquarters — synthesized from public sources. This is how Wyra understands what your company is and what it's known for.

Outreach ideas

AI-generated campaign angles built from your strengths and live market signals. The most important section on this tab — covered in depth below.

Focus areas

Three charts showing where your company concentrates its expertise — solution areas, industry focus, and technology stack. These directly influence which outreach ideas get generated.

Customer testimonials

Social proof extracted automatically from public sources and uploaded artifacts. You can add testimonials manually for anything not picked up.

Recent signalsComing soon

News mentions, ecosystem announcements, and company signals detected from public sources — surfaced to inform timely outreach.

Leadership teamComing soon

Key people at your company detected from public profiles — useful for personalizing outreach with sender context.

Outreach ideas

The core output of Wyra's intelligence engine.

Outreach ideas are campaign angles generated specifically for your company — not generic templates, not recycled frameworks. Each idea is built from what Wyra knows about your strengths, the industries you serve, and what's happening in the market right now. They arrive with a target persona, an industry focus, and enough scaffolding to become a full offering in minutes.

Ideas come from four sources — each shown with a badge so you always know the origin:

Wyra's Intelligence

Market + ecosystem signals

Generated from your company profile, live market trends, and ecosystem signals across SaaS and OEM platforms.

Artifact

Your uploaded documents

Extracted from case studies, proposals, and decks you've uploaded — grounded in your actual customer outcomes.

Blog

Your published content

Generated from your company blog, automatically crawled as part of domain research and refreshed as new content publishes.

The Intelligence tab shows your six most recent ideas. For the full list with search and filtering, go to Outreach → Ideas.

1

Browse and evaluate — each idea shows a title, source badge, target persona, and campaign type. Hover to see the full description.

2

Click to open a detail view — see the full idea including pain points, target audience, and suggested campaign angle. From there, choose to build it into an offering or go back.

3

Build into an offering— one click takes you into the offering creation flow, with the idea's context pre-loaded. Pain points, solutions, and outcomes are already populated at 65%+ confidence.

4

Like or dislike— tell Wyra what's working. Liked ideas generate more ideas in the same direction. Disliked ideas are removed and your reason trains the engine to avoid similar angles.

Disliking prompts for a reason — be specific. "We don't target this industry" is more useful to the engine than a silent dismiss.

Human in the loop

You shape what Wyra learns. The more you engage, the sharper it gets.

The Intelligence tab isn't read-only. Everything you do here feeds back into the intelligence engine — your feedback on ideas, the artifacts you upload, the testimonials you add. This is the human-in-the-loop layer of Wyra's intelligence, and it's what separates a generic profile from one that reflects how your company actually wins.

Four ways to influence what Wyra generates

Like outreach ideas — signals Wyra to generate more ideas in the same direction. The engine learns your preferred campaign types, industries, and personas over time.

Dislike with a reason— removes irrelevant ideas and tells the engine what to avoid. A specific reason ("we don't serve this vertical") is more valuable than a generic dismiss.

Upload artifacts— case studies, proposals, and decks give Wyra evidence it can't find publicly. Specific client outcomes, named proof points, and real metrics generate sharper ideas and stronger offering content.

Add testimonials manually— customer quotes that weren't auto-extracted can be added directly from the Customer Testimonials section. These flow into your offerings as social proof.

The compounding effect

Wyra gets measurably better the more you engage with it. A team that actively likes and dislikes ideas, uploads case studies after each new win, and keeps testimonials current will see outreach ideas that feel custom-built for their business — because they are.

Focus areas

The foundation that shapes every idea Wyra generates.

The three focus area charts — Solution Areas, Industry Focus, and Technology Stack — show how Wyra understands your company's strengths and where it concentrates your GTM energy. These aren't just descriptive. They are the inputs that determine which outreach ideas get generated, which personas get prioritized, and how offerings are structured.

If a key solution area or industry is missing or underweighted, the ideas generated from it will be weaker. The fix is always the same: upload an artifact that demonstrates that strength — a case study, a proposal, a client deck — and Wyra will recalibrate.
