Settings is your control center — infrastructure, integrations, team management, billing, and account security, all in one place. This guide maps what's in each section so you can find what you need quickly.
How Settings is organized
Two categories. Seven sections.
Settings lives at the top right of the navigation. The sidebar divides into Platform Settings — how Wyra sends and connects to other tools — and Account & Billing — your subscription, team, and account security.
Platform Settings
Infrastructure, integrations, and unsubscribe list.
Infrastructure
Your sending foundation — the domains and email accounts that power your outreach. Three summary cards show Total Domains, Total Email Accounts, and Email Health. Each domain shows how many email accounts are connected and whether it's Active.
Infrastructure — domains and email accounts →Integrations
Connect Wyra to your CRM. Four integrations are available — connect one at a time. Once connected, Wyra syncs prospect and meeting data to your CRM automatically.
HubSpot
Sync meeting data, account-matched scheduling, and routing forms.
Pipedrive
Sync deals and contact activity to keep outreach and CRM aligned.
Zoho
Connect customer records and lifecycle updates across marketing, sales, and support.
Monday.com
Sync boards and contact workflows so your CRM and outreach pipeline stay aligned.
One CRM at a time
You can only have one CRM connected at a time. To switch, disconnect your current integration first.
Unsubscribe List
Domains you never want to contact. Any prospect whose email belongs to a domain on this list is excluded from all campaigns automatically. Add domains of companies that have opted out, competitors, or existing customers you want to protect.
Managing the unsubscribe list →Account & Billing
Billing, password, and team management.
Billing
Your subscription plan, payment method, billing dates, and billing contact. If your account is managed by Wyra directly, this section shows your account manager's contact details instead.
Billing and subscription →Change Password
Update your account password. Requires your current password to verify identity. A strength indicator shows you where you stand as you type.
Changing your password →Invite Team Member
Your team management hub. Invite colleagues, view invitation status, change roles, resend expired invites, and remove members. Five filter tabs — All Members, Active, Pending, Cancelled, Expired. Admins and owners only.
Inviting and managing team members →A few things worth knowing
Before you start configuring.
Set up unsubscribe list before campaigns
Add domains you should never contact before launching any campaigns. The unsubscribe list only applies to future campaigns — it won't retroactively remove leads from campaigns already running.
Infrastructure is managed by Wyra
Your sending domains and email accounts are set up and managed by Wyra as part of onboarding. You don't configure these yourself — but the Infrastructure section gives you visibility into what's active and healthy.
