Inviting & Managing Team Members

Every person on your team who runs outreach in Wyra needs their own account. Settings Invite Team Member is where you manage who has access, what they can do, and the status of every invitation you've sent.

Roles

Two roles. Clear boundaries between them.

Owner

Full account control

The person who created the Wyra account. One per organization.

Manage billing and subscription
Manage all Settings
Invite and manage team members
Run campaigns, view all data
Transfer ownership to another member

AI SDR

Outreach execution

Everyone else invited to the account.

Run campaigns and manage outreach
Access Interactions and Dashboard
Build offerings and create lists
Cannot manage billing or Settings
Cannot invite or manage other members

Role is set at invite time

The role assigned when sending an invitation cannot be changed after the person accepts. If someone needs a different role, they'll need to be removed and re-invited.

Inviting a team member

Click Invite Team Member and enter their email.

Enter their work email and select their role. Send the invite. They receive an email with a link to accept and set up their account. The invitation is valid for 7 days. Admins and owners only can send invitations.

This is separate from AI SDR setup

Inviting someone gives them access to Wyra. Setting them up as an AI SDR is a separate step — they'll connect LinkedIn, add a calendar link, and complete their profile after accepting. Both steps are needed before they can run outreach.


Invitation statuses

Track every invite from the five filter tabs.

Active

Accepted and set up. Can access Wyra.

Pending

Invite sent, not yet accepted. Valid 7 days.

Expired

7 days passed. Resend to generate a new invite.

Cancelled

Invite was cancelled before acceptance.


Managing existing members

Actions available from the three-dot menu on each member row.

Resend invite

Available for Pending and Expired members. Sends a fresh invitation and resets the 7-day timer.

Cancel invite

Available for Pending members. Revokes the invitation before it's accepted.

Remove member

Available for Active members. Removes their access immediately. Review campaign assignments after removing.

Transfer ownership

Owner only. Transfers full account ownership to an Active member. Cannot be undone without the new owner transferring it back.

Review campaign assignments when removing a member

When you remove a team member, active campaigns they were assigned to continue running but lose that sender identity. Check Outreach Campaigns and reassign affected campaigns to another AI SDR.
