Connecting your CRM to Wyra keeps your pipeline current without manual data entry — every interaction Wyra captures can be pushed to your CRM, and qualified leads move from outreach to opportunity without leaving your workflow.
Supported CRMs
Four integrations available. One connected at a time.
HubSpot
Sync meeting data, interaction history, and contact records. Supports account-matched scheduling and routing forms.
Pipedrive
Sync deals and contact activity to keep your sales pipeline and outreach data aligned.
Zoho
Connect customer records and lifecycle updates across marketing, sales, and support workflows.
Monday.com
Sync boards and contact workflows so your CRM and outreach pipeline stay aligned.
One CRM at a time
You can only have one CRM connected at a time. To switch, disconnect your current integration first from Settings → Integrations.
Before you connect
Two things to check first.
Make sure you have an active account with the CRM you want to connect and that you have permissions to authorize third-party integrations. For HubSpot this means admin access. For others, check with your CRM administrator.
Connecting your CRM
Settings → Integrations → Connect. Under two minutes.
Go to Settings → Integrations
You'll see all four supported CRMs as cards. Any already-connected CRM shows a Connected badge.
Click Connect on your CRM
A confirmation dialog appears explaining what the integration does. Click Confirm to proceed.
Authorize in your CRM
You'll be redirected to your CRM's authorization page. Sign in, select the account, and grant Wyra the required permissions.
Confirm the connection
After authorizing, you're redirected back to Wyra. The CRM card updates to show Connected with the linked account email. Live immediately.
What syncs after connection
Push leads to your CRM directly from Wyra.
Once connected, a CRM push icon appears on every lead row in Interactions and on enriched leads from your Lists. One click sends contact records and interaction history to your CRM.
From Interactions
Push contact record and full interaction history for any campaign-engaged lead.
From Lists
Push full enriched profile — contact details, company intelligence, and outreach data.
When to push to CRM
Push leads when they've shown genuine interest — a positive reply, a meeting booked, or a high outreach score with active engagement. Use the Interested status as your trigger.
Disconnecting your CRM
Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.
A confirmation dialog appears. Once disconnected, the CRM push icon is removed. Data already pushed is not affected — disconnecting does not delete records from your CRM.
Switching CRMs
To switch from one CRM to another, disconnect your current integration first. Then connect the new CRM. You cannot have two CRMs connected simultaneously.
