Finalizing an offering is a one-way door — it locks the content and makes it available for campaigns. Before you click, make sure the offering is ready. After you click, duplicate is how you iterate.
When finalization becomes available
65% overall confidence. Not before.
The Finalize button becomes active once your offering reaches 65% overall confidence. Below that threshold, the offering isn't substantive enough to generate outreach worth sending — the gate exists to protect your campaign quality and sender reputation.
Finalization is permanent
Once finalized, an offering cannot be edited or reverted to draft. If you need to make changes after finalizing, duplicate the offering and work from the new draft. The original remains intact for any campaigns already using it.
Before you finalize
Five things worth reviewing.
The confidence score tells you the offering is ready. These checks tell you it's right.
Pain points are specific to a real audience
Not "companies struggle with digital transformation" — but a named challenge, in a named role, with a named consequence.
Business outcomes include at least one concrete metric
A percentage, a time saving, a cost reduction — anything that gives a prospect a number to hold onto.
Cost of inaction is grounded in real consequences
What actually happens if the prospect does nothing — regulatory risk, competitive loss, revenue impact.
Objections cover the most common pushback for this audience
Are these the objections you actually hear from this persona? If something's missing, add it before finalizing.
Social proof has at least one customer quote
A real testimonial from a real client — either auto-extracted from an uploaded artifact or added manually.
What changes after finalization
The offering is locked. Everything downstream opens up.
Locked
Content cannot be edited
All six sections — pain points, solutions, outcomes, cost of inaction, objections, social proof — are frozen. The foundation was already locked. Now everything is.
Available
Ready for campaigns and lists
The offering appears in the campaign wizard and list creation flow. Only finalized offerings can be selected.
Available
Can be duplicated
From the offerings table or the detail page — duplicate creates a new draft with the same content and confidence level.
Available
Stays active across campaigns
Any campaigns already using this offering continue to run without interruption.
If you need to change a finalized offering
Duplicate. Edit the draft. Finalize the new version.
Finalization is designed to be permanent — it protects the integrity of the offering that your campaigns are running on. The right path for iteration is always duplication.
What the duplicate starts with
Still locked
Foundation — industry, sub-industry, business function, technology area, and description remain fixed from the original.
Free to edit
All content sections — pain points, solutions, outcomes, cost of inaction, objections — are editable through the agent conversation.
Carries over
Same confidence score as the original — you're continuing from where the original left off, not starting over.
Flexible
Artifacts from the original can be untagged. New artifacts can be attached. The enrichment process starts fresh.
Open the offering — from the table menu or inside the detail page — and select Duplicate
The duplicate opens as a Draft — same content, same confidence, foundation locked to the original
Edit content sections through agent conversation, swap artifacts, refine until the changes are right
Finalize the new version — it becomes available for campaigns independently of the original
Keep the original running
Finalizing a duplicate doesn't affect the original. Any campaigns using the original continue to run on it. You can have multiple finalized versions — useful when testing different angles for the same audience.
