The Dashboard is your morning briefing — a real-time view of everything your campaigns are doing across email, LinkedIn, and calling, with the intelligence to know what's working and what to do next.
What's on the Dashboard
Five sections. Each one answers a different question.
The Dashboard loads with your latest campaign data across five sections — from top-level activity numbers at the top to efficiency metrics at the bottom. Everything updates in real time.
Section 1 — Outreach metrics
Five numbers. Your at-a-glance pulse on campaign activity.
Leads Reached
Unique prospects contacted across all campaigns.
Emails Sent
Total emails sent by all AI SDRs.
Connections Made
LinkedIn connection requests sent.
Conversations Initiated
LinkedIn messages sent to connected prospects.
Reply Rate
Percentage of outreach that received a response.
Each card includes a sparkline trend chart. Watch Reply Rate above all else — it tells you whether your messaging is resonating, not just whether your AI SDRs are active.
Section 2 — Campaigns and Reply Intelligence
Campaign performance and how prospects are responding — side by side.
Outreach Campaigns
A live table of all your campaigns with status toggles and email performance metrics. Click any campaign row to open the full details modal. Pause or resume directly from the toggle.
Reply Intelligence
How prospects are responding — broken down by sentiment. Shows Hot Leads count, Wyra's AI average response time, and a donut chart with reply categories.
Hot Leads
Prospects who replied with positive intent
Avg Response
Wyra's AI auto-reply speed — how fast Wyra responds to incoming replies on your behalf
The Avg Response metric is a differentiator
When a prospect replies, Wyra responds automatically — often within minutes. The Avg Response time shown here is how fast Wyra's AI is engaging on your behalf, around the clock.
Section 3 — Activity charts
Daily outreach volume across LinkedIn and email.
LinkedIn Activity
Daily totals shown above the chart. Hover for exact counts.
Email Activity
Filter by time period using the dropdown.
Use the activity charts to spot patterns — days where volume drops sharply may indicate a campaign was paused or an AI SDR hit a sending limit.
Section 4 — Demographics and quick actions
Who you're reaching — and shortcuts to what's next.
Top Industries
A donut chart showing the industry breakdown of your outreach. Verify your campaigns are reaching target verticals.
Top Business Sizes
The company size distribution. If you're targeting mid-market but mostly hitting startups, tighten your persona filters.
Quick Actions
Two shortcut buttons — Create Offering and Create Campaign — to jump directly to the most common next actions.
Section 5 — Efficiency metrics
What your AI SDRs are saving your team.
Email Deliverability
—
Tasks Completed
—
Hours Saved
—
Cost Savings
—
These metrics quantify the ROI of your AI SDRs — Hours Saved and Cost Savings are useful for internal reporting and justifying expanding your team's use of Wyra.
Dashboard populates as campaigns run
If you've just started using Wyra, the Dashboard will show zeros until your campaigns have run for some time. Every metric updates automatically as your AI SDRs send messages and prospects respond.
How to read the Dashboard daily
A two-minute morning check that tells you everything.
Open the Dashboard at the start of your day and check in this order: Reply Rate (is messaging resonating?), Hot Leads in Reply Intelligence (who responded with interest overnight?), Avg Response (is Wyra keeping conversations warm?), activity charts (are campaigns running at the right volume?). If anything looks off, the campaign table lets you pause, resume, or drill into details without leaving the Dashboard.
